It's that time of year again. Halloween is over, Thanksgiving not yet here. Meanwhile, the New York Botanical Garden will once again be hosting its fabulous, magical, wonderful holiday train show. G scale trains will race around over bridges and passing buildings, all made from tree branches, seed pods, bracket fungi, and other bits and bobs you might find in your garden. (Their garden is bigger and offers more options.)

To quote their release: "Our beloved Holiday Train Show opens NEXT WEEK! Step into the season as enchanting model trains travel over famous bridges and through familiar city settings, bringing nearly 200 twinkling landmark replicas—and more surprises, new this year—to life under the glass of the warm and toasty Haupt Conservatory. These miniature masterpieces will transport you with classic holiday magic—plus, a glowing mountainscape on the Conservatory Lawn awaits, brimming with even more trains and picture-perfect moments, yours to explore."
